At KBS Golf Shafts, we are committed to your performance on the course; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built shafts and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely pack the unused shafts in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 3.
    Ship to KBS

    Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the shafts are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
